UNPACKING YOUR MATTRESS

When your mattress arrives, remove the outer covering to allow the mattress to decompress. Initially, the mattress may not fit perfectly on your divan or bed. Don’t worry; this is because the mattress has not fully expanded. Let the mattress rest for approximately 15 minutes. If you find any unevenness or sagging, flip the mattress.

Avoid using a vacuum cleaner to clean dust or feathers on the mattress. Instead, you can use a soft-bristle brush, which is gentler on your mattress. In case of liquid spills, quickly blot with a dry cloth.

MOVING YOUR MATTRESS

When you need to move the mattress, make sure to protect it. Ensure that the mattress lies flat and is not rolled or folded during transportation.

TUFTING BUTTONS ON THE MATTRESS

All Vispring pocket spring mattresses feature tufting buttons on the mattress surface. These are anchor points that keep the mattress cover and filling from shifting and prevent the mattress from becoming overly taut. These tufting buttons are easily replaceable if they become loose.
