Each spring is individually encased in a separate calico cotton fabric, facilitating independent movement with maximum flexibility.

For each layer of springs (in a 150x200cm size), Vispring utilizes between 2000 to over 3000 pocket springs, forming a network of thousands of contact points. These points provide not only uplifting support but also precise protection for every contour of the body. The alternating arrangement of springs in a honeycomb pattern delivers optimal durability, extending the mattress’s lifespan by decades without compromising the original quality.

All our mattresses are covered in high-quality tickings, such as Belgian Damask and Pure Wool.

Tape Edging

We use meticulous care to close the mattress panel and border leaving no raw fabric edges. We finish the edge with white, grey, or beige piping (depending on the collection.

Vents

The vents running along the side of our mattresses ensure fresh airflow and allow moisture to escape. It’s the healthiest way to sleep.

Side Stitching

Side stitching by hand gives supportive strength to the mattress edge.

Pocket Springs

The heart of the mattress and divan constructions are either one, two or three rows of pocket springs.

Natural Fillings

All Vispring mattresses are filled with the finest quality natural materials like wool, cotton, horsehair, cashmere and silk.

Upholstery

The divans are hand-upholstered in fabrics from the Vispring Timeless Collection or the customer’s own material.
