MATTRESS UNPACKING

Upon delivery, remove all outer layers of packaging to allow the mattress to expand. Initially, the mattress might seem shorter than your bed frame, but don’t worry – it will expand to its correct size after being unpacked. If you notice unevenness, flip the mattress to let the bottom side breathe.

CLEANING THE MATTRESS

Avoid using a vacuum cleaner; instead, use a soft-bristle brush to remove dust and lint. In case of liquid spills, promptly blot the liquid with a dry cloth.

MOVING THE MATTRESS

When relocating the mattress to a new room, ensure it’s well-covered to keep it flat, without rolling or folding. Provide proper support to prevent damage.

TUFTING POINTS ON THE MATTRESS

Vispring mattresses feature handmade tufts that maintain the upholstery and fillings without excessive tension. These tufts can be easily replaced if needed.
