REMOVING THE MATTRESS COVER

When the mattress is delivered, please remove the cover to allow the mattress to decompress. Initially, the mattress may not fit perfectly on your divan or bed. Don’t worry; this is because the mattress hasn’t fully expanded with air. Let the mattress rest for an additional 15 minutes. If you notice any unevenness or indentations on the mattress, you can flip it over.

Do not use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust or lint from the mattress. Instead, you can use a soft-bristle brush, which is safer for your mattress. In case of liquid spills, quickly blot with a dry cotton cloth.

MOVING THE MATTRESS

When moving the mattress, make sure to protect it with a cover. Ensure that the mattress remains flat and avoid rolling or folding it.

BUTTONS ON THE MATTRESS

All Vispring pocket spring mattresses feature small buttons on the surface. These are anchor points that help keep the mattress cover and filling inside from shifting and prevent over-tensioning of the mattress. These buttons are easily replaceable if they come loose.
