MATTRESS CARE
Upon delivery, please remove the mattress cover to allow the mattress to decompress. Initially, the mattress may not perfectly fit your divan or bed. Don’t worry; this is because the mattress hasn’t fully expanded with air. Allow the mattress to rest for an additional 15 minutes if you notice any unevenness or inconsistencies in the surface. If the mattress remains uneven, flip it.
Do not use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust or lint from the mattress. Instead, you can use a soft-bristle brush, which is gentler on your mattress.
In case of liquid spills, promptly blot with a dry cloth.
MOVING THE MATTRESS
When moving the mattress, it’s essential to protect it. Ensure that the mattress lies flat and avoid rolling or folding it.
BUTTON TUFTING ON THE MATTRESS
All Vispring pocket spring mattresses feature distinctive round buttons on the mattress surface. These are anchor points that help keep the cover and filling inside from shifting and prevent the mattress from becoming overly taut. These round buttons are easy to replace if they come loose.
